Moab 4x4 Offroad Tools Guide
If you're going to go off roading in Moab, the old Boy Scout motto could not be more appropriate; Be Prepared. Moab 4x4 Parts offers some general guidlines for keeping your self off the road and making it back to camp.
These guidelines may seem like they're common sense, (and they are) but so many times when we've been riding, we've come up on some other 4x4's out there that are stranded, stuck or broke down.

Easiest 4x4 trips basic tool box:

bring anything that has broken twice in the past
Vehicle upgrades:
tires: upgrade to 31"
adjust air pressure (check with mfg.)
sand/dirt: 8-12 lbs.
rocks/dirt: 15-18 lbs.
snow/mud: depends on tire tread
lift kit only if required for 31" tires
front and rear tow hook
skid plates under transmission/transfer case
rear posi-traction recommended
